Labor with Love: Using Yoga, Positioning and Partner Support to Enhance Your Birth

This labor preparation intensive will give you the tools you need to enter your birth feeling equipped and empowered. Topics will include a discussion of the stages of labor, optimal positioning, hands-on partner positions to prepare the pelvis leading up to labor, and key positions to use during labor. This is a great workshop for those that want the essential basics and want to involve their partners, but have limited time to commit to preparation, or for a refresher if you've already given birth!

Pregnancy Yoga at Willow Street Yoga

An
all-levels class that helps expecting moms to develop the flexibility,
concentration and strength needed during the transformative time of
pregnancy. Through yoga, breath awareness and relaxation, moms
experience the special connection they have with their babies while
developing trust and confidence in their body's resources for birth.
Suitable for beginning yoga students.

Prenatal Yoga at Circle Yoga
6:30 pm to 7:45 pm
A class for all pregnant women, including yoga beginners. We will stretch and strengthen through yoga postures designed especially for pregnancy, and include breathing techniques and relaxation designed to help prepare for the upcoming birth.

Prenatal Yoga at lil omm

Enjoy Prenatal yoga for all levels and any trimester of pregnancy. This class offers a mixed level strength and stretch class designed to help you prepare for childbirth. The intense demands of labor and parenting require strength and flexibility in the mind and body. All classes will include breathwork, yoga poses, strength poses, and relaxation techniques. Prenatal classes support and embrace the journey of motherhood.

Itsy Bitsy Yoga for Babies 6 Week Sessions at lil omm

For newborn to nearly crawling babies, Itsy Bitsy Yoga Babies classes contain dozens of unique yoga postures designed to support baby's development. Each class is filled with calming, nurturing ways to enhance bonding and improve baby's sleep. During a Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga class, babies enjoy yoga while on their backs, tummies, or held in loving arms. For parents, this class is a special opportunity to meet other moms, get support, and learn about baby's emerging personality. No yoga is experience required.
