Alright, so I finally did it. (Gulp). I put together a little video of me teaching yoga. This is how it all got started...my blog friend Babs posted a written class outline a few weeks ago and mentioned that she wanted to do a video class, but was kinda nervous to do so. Since I had the same ambitions, but fear was holding me back, I decided to serve her up a little challenge (and light a fire under my butt). We promised each other that we would create a video and post it on the same day. And today's the DAY! (So be sure to check out her video too!)
I actually had a lot of fun doing this project and hope to do many more (as time allows), so please let me know what you like and don't like, and anything you'd like to see more of. The video is a bit fuzzy and there is a tiny technical editing glitch towards the end, but practice makes perfect, right? My overall goal is to do brief videos (this one was a *bit* longer than anticipated), to help people squeeze a little yoga into their day. Just a few poses can work wonders...it's true.
