Baby and Me Yoga class combines poses, songs, and massage for your baby with postpartum strength building exercises and breath-based relaxation. In this one-hour session, you’ll get the chance to bond with your baby, move, stretch, build strength, and connect with fellow new parents. Mothers, fathers, caregivers, and babies all welcome. Classes are designed for babies 6 weeks to pre-crawling. Classes are held virtually, via Zoom. The twelve-week session runs January 5th through March 23th. Drop-ins welcome.
