Wear your pajamas, pass the kiddos to your partner (if possible!), light a candle, and prepare for either/and/or restorative yoga, breathing practices, guided meditation, or yoga nidra. Basically, this is a class where we will lay on the floor and find a way to release a big exhale to soothe our nervous system.
Open to prenatal, postnatal and all moms. Please bring 2 pillows (bed or couch), and a blanket or two to class.
Suggested payment is per class and each week upon registration, you will receive an email with information about the Zoom room. If COVID-19 has impacted your income and ability to pay, please email me at email@example.com for free entry.
