Postnatal Progress is a yoga class for mamas past their initial postpartum period (6 months+ to 4 years), who are looking to target key areas for strength building–lots of core work! pelvic floor! shoulders! back!–who feel ready to step back into a fluid and dynamic yoga practice, but are not quite ready to return to a vigorous or traditional yoga class. This class is not suitable for those with prolapse or other significant injuries. Class is just for mamas–no babies.
Class meets for 5 weeks and students are allowed one make-up class per session. Drop-ins also welcome, space permitted. If you would like to drop-in, email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm a spot. No refunds are offered.
