Postnatal Progress is a yoga class for those past their initial postpartum period (6 months+ to 4 years). We combine breath, yoga poses, and functional strength work to slowly and safely progress movements so you can feel more grounded, stronger and more deeply connected to yourself. This class is best taken after Postnatal Foundations. Babies are welcome, but the focus of class is on the parent.
Class is offered through Zoom and is ongoing, drop-in, pay-what-you-can.
