Postnatal Progress is a yoga class for mamas past their initial postpartum period (6 months+ to 4 years), who are looking to target key areas for strength building–lots of core work! pelvic floor! shoulders! back!–who feel ready to step back into a fluid and dynamic yoga practice, but are not quite ready to return to a vigorous or traditional yoga class. This class is not suitable for those with prolapse or other significant injuries.
Students in the beginning stages of their postpartum journey (6 weeks to 6 months) should sign up for Postnatal Foundations, as that class will address early postpartum needs.
Class meets for 10 weeks and students are allowed one make-up class per session (to be used on May 19th or in a subsequent session). No refunds are offered.
Class is March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, April 7, 14, 28, May 5, 12. May 19th is a designated class for make-ups and for drop-ins. *Note no class will be held on Easter Sunday, April 21.
