Postnatal Foundations Yoga is for the newly postpartum mama 6 weeks to 6 months, as she is recovering and healing from childbirth. This class is suitable for beginning yoga students, and will focus on poses that target all the new-mom tender spots–core, pelvic floor, shoulders and hips and offer relaxation and restoration. Babies are welcome in class, though the yoga practice focus will be on mom. Women are welcome to attend without babies as well.
Class meets for 6 weeks and students are allowed one make-up class per session. Make-ups can be redeemed in a future Postnatal Foundations or a Baby & Me session. No refunds are offered.
Class is March 7, 14, 21, 28, April 4 & 11.
