It is not easy to be pregnant and preparing for birth during this time of COVID-19. Now, more than ever, the tools of yoga can give you a foundation to combat the anxiety and fear you may be experiencing in pregnancy, prepare your body to open for birth, help you foster awareness and intuition, practice conscious relaxation and embody the techniques you can use during your labor for comfort and coping. This 90 minute prenatal yoga class will offer an opportunity to connect and build community with others who are birthing, time for a well rounded yoga practice and relaxation techniques to prepare for birth.
One Sunday of the month, the first hour of class will be a prenatal yoga practice, the last 30 minutes we will invite partners to participate for hands-on practice, support and Q&A.
The partner sessions will be on January 31, February 21, March 28.
