Being with our kiddos non-stop is testing us all on so many levels–whether you have a baby, a toddler or a teen. Class focuses on building core strength, increasing flexibility and range of motion, and using yogic practices to help us find presence and peace of mind to parent with a calm, centered heart.  Equivalent to a yoga 1/2 level with many variations offered throughout.  (not ideal for newly postpartum parents)

Suggested payment is per class and each week upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link (Please save this to have access to the class! And if you don’t see it, it may be in your spam/promotions/updates, etc. tab, so check there first.)
