Once your baby arrives, you become immersed in the monumental task of mothering.  You recover from birth, begin to regain your strength, and find your new rhythm as a family. During this time of transition, a mother is fragile in both body and heart, and tremendous emotional and physical support is needed to see her through the steep learning curve that comes along with nurturing a new life.  With the right support in place, this time of transition can be one of great rest, ease, joy and recovery instead of anxiety, overwhelm and depletion.

I offer postpartum doula support, postpartum preparation workshops and postnatal yoga, to help create ease and stability for new moms.
