Being with our kiddos non-stop is testing us all on so many levels–whether you have a baby, a toddler or a teen. I want to support as many mamas as I can, so I’m broadening the scope of this class and making it accessible to those past their initial postpartum period, so if you are a mom (or know a mom!) who is need of yoga, you are welcome to attend class! It will look very similar to Postnatal Progress, where we focus on building core strength, increasing flexibility and range of motion, and using yogic practices to help us find presence and peace of mind to parent with a calm, centered heart.  Equivalent to a yoga 1/2 level with many variations offered throughout.  (not ideal for newly postpartum moms)


Pajama Yoga (to prepare for sleep!)

Wear your pajamas, pass the kiddos to your partner (if possible!), light a candle, and prepare for either/and/or restorative yoga, breathing practices, guided meditation, or yoga nidra.  Basically, this is a class where we will lay on the floor and find a way to release a big exhale to soothe our nervous system.
Open to everyone–all genders, prenatal and postnatal people.  Please bring 2 pillows (bed or couch), and a blanket or two to class.
