Michelle Cohen is a toLabor certified birth doula, a Sacred Window Ayurvedic postpartum doula, a Body Ready Method Certified Pro, and a prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher. She supports people in preparing for birth through group yoga classes, personalized prenatal and postnatal private sessions, labor support workshops and compassionate birth and postpartum doula support. Michelle has been working with parents since 2008, teaching hundreds of pregnant and new moms how to connect with their bodies and their babies, through breath, movement and mindful awareness.
