This 90 minute prenatal yoga class will offer an opportunity to connect and build community with others who are birthing, time for a well rounded yoga practice and relaxation techniques to prepare for birth. On the last Sunday of the month, the first hour of class will be a prenatal yoga practice, the last 30 minutes we will invite partners to participate for hands-on practice, support and Q&A with a doula.
Baby and Me Yoga class combines poses, songs, and massage for your baby with postpartum strength building exercises and breath-based relaxation.
